The Arrow Video Blu-ray presentation of Dark Water is filled with extravagant extra featurettes and a standard definition DVD disc. The overall transfer is pretty mediocre, which is a shame because Dark Water is a marvel in moody cinematography and the picture quality definitely dilutes the experience and the worth of this release. Fortunately, the extra featurettes are definitely intriguing and they really helped solidify the enjoyability of this Blu-ray release. There's plenty of information behind the film's production and history featured in the bonus contents that are shared on both discs. Pretty solid release with gorgeous new artwork (per usual) that has received so-so reception over the past years.
