I believe I have bought from here before, or potentially just ordered my entire stock from Amazon. But this particular experience has been incredibly poor. I pre-ordered the day it was announced - the exclusive artwork is AMAZING and I loved these movies growing up. My preorder could not be fulfilled due to a PayPal issue. They asked me to resolve on my account, but the order never registered with my account… so I simply asked to cancel and moved on with a different payment. Got my order today, and it sounded like a rattlesnake when I pulled it out of the shipment box. There is clearly so much plastic, or potentially the discs, broken in here. I hope Arrow Video makes this right please. I have been collecting for a long time and can’t believe how difficult it’s been to get a copy of this.

I was really excited to see TMNT get the 4K treatment, but the final result was pretty disappointing for me. The amount of grain in this release is simply too much. Instead of adding filmic texture, it becomes distracting and constantly pulls you out of the movie, ESPECIALLY in dark scenes (which are frequent for these films - notably part 1). Several scenes look overly cloudy or hazy due to the grain, and it ends up obscuring detail rather than showcasing it, which is especially frustrating given how much work clearly went into this transfer. The heavy grain undermines the clarity and sharpness you expect from a 4K release. The picture quality gets better with each part, but if you are like me, part 1 is the best, so it’s disheartening it’s the least impressive. If you’re a hardcore fan, it may be worth owning, as the box and what’s included is nice, but for viewers looking for a clean, polished 4K presentation, this version misses the mark.

It doesn't matter how many accounts you make or how many times you log in to those accounts, the website does not want you to buy the product and when they send an email for you to "resolve" the issue, it takes you straight to the account log in page that I am already logged into on another tab... Poof like magic the cart is empty and no trace of a transaction even taking place.

I pre pre orderd the 4k and blu ray arrow exclusive versions, i paid for them, but i think it will charge again before shipping. I think these release december 15th or 16th. So expect to be charged for your pre orders December 10th-17th. Hopefully their are no delays in shipping dates (usa). Honestly the arrow exclusive versions are for very die hard fans of the first 3 tmnt films, if you just want the bonus contents and discs stick with the regular non arrow exclusive versions of the tmnt triology. New commentary by the directors, steve barron not the german blu ray commentary. It is lacking a little for a heavy price tag, but don't miss out if your a live action tmnt movie fan.
